�Jamshedpur, Feb 6: Narbheram Hansraj English School (NHES) orgnised the annual sports day at Gopal Maidan on Tuesday, February 4. The Sports event was declared open by the Chief Guest Mukul Choudhari, CEO, Jamshedpur Football Club. The event began with March Past by students of Std.VI, VII and VIII. This was followed by Flag March by the students of Std. XI. A colourful drill was presented by the students of Std. I and II.� Students from Std. IV to XI participated in yoga and also displayed their karate skills. Yoga display consisted of demonstration of different yoga postures. Karate helps students to develop qualities such as alertness, confidence and poise. Students of Std. III to XI participated in various sports events. �
After series of sporting contests Varun House was declared the winner and Vayu House bagged the runners-up trophy.
The prizes were distributed by the Chief Guest, the President of the school Managing Committee Nakul Kamani, the Principal and the Committee Members.
The meet was successfully organised by the sports teachers of the school, N. Murli Mohan and Bishnu Narayan Singh.
