Jamshedpur: A group of 50 students of Golmuri Utkal Samaj celebrated Raksha Bandhan with the jawans of 157 Battalion at Adityapur on Sunday. They tied Rakhis on the wrists of the CRPF jawans prayed for their longevity.
The camp Commandant Ramakant Panda gave tips to the students to succeed in life and stressed the importance of education. The students were also given prizes as motivation. A memento was also given to Utkal Samaj.
Among those present on the occasion included Ashok Samant, SP Lenka, SS Barik, Sushil Biswal, Sagarika and Kadambini Mahato.
