Seraikela, April 8: Several parts of Seraikela received heavy rain on Wednesday evening leaving several electric poles unearthed while several of trees in the region were uprooted by strong wind.
People had to spend the evening in darkness and the most affected was the Chhau Mahotsav were the tents were blown away by the strong wind which would have affect on the festival which will continue till April 13.
