Udaan camp yields 54 units blood

Jamshedpur, Aug 20: Social organization, �Ek Nai Udaan� conducted a blood donation drive at the Jamshedpur Blood Bank which had 54 donors. Chief guest and JUSCO union president Raghunath Pandey was present to boost the morale of donors and the Udaan members. He said, �Donating blood gives a donor a sublime joy while it saves a life.� Other guests present on the occasion included Congress OBC Cell Kolhan in-charge Dharmendra Sonekar, Youth Congress state secretary Rakesh Sahu and young and upcoming poetess of Jamshedpur Ankita Sinha. All the guests appreciated the work being done by �Ek Nai Udaan� organization and promised their support to its social causes.

The organizing committee comprised Udaan president Suman Pandey, secretary Pravin Kumar, media in-charge Manish Agrawal, Suresh Kumar and Munna Yadav.
