Jamshedpur: UCIL Employees Cooperative Credit Society, Jadugora, felicitated the toppers of Matriculation and XII Board exams at a function organized at UCIL guest house on Sunday. The students from Atomic Energy Central School (AECS), Government High School and High School, Kedo, were given college bags on the occasion.
The chief guest of the programme was the Director (Finance), UCIL, Devashish Ghosh. He motivated the students to work hard and study well to achieve success in life. He also gave them tips to improve their studies and performance. He shared his experience as a student. He called on parents to identify the talent of their wards before deciding their future. He said all children were talented. The only thing needed is to guide them, he said.
Also present on the occasion was the General Manager of UCIL Dr AK Sarangi, Chief Medical Officer Uttam Kumar Manjhi and the principal of AECS, Dr Dinesh Kumar.
Among others present during the event included the Society secretary MK Swain, Baban Sharma, Gopal Patro, Narayan Mahali, Ashok Bhakt, Mukesh Kumar, Sandeep Sahu, Jaipal Patro, Radheshyam Mukhi and Pushparaj.
