Jamshedpur: Tata Workers’ Union President R Ravi Prasad, Vice President Sanjeev Choudhary visited the Indo Danish Tool Room (IDTR).
Prasad said on the occasion that this type of technical training institute is a matter of pride for the people.
Tool Room expressed happiness at the training regime, he said, that no one can match the training of children.
In his capacity as president of Tata Workers’ Union, he assured that they will endeavor to cooperate with the tool room Tata Steel.
Tata Steel also takes the help of the Institute in the field of technology. Tool room DGM Ashutosh Kumar said that if they send for training to SC and ST children will be training them for free.
Tata Steel’s employees as well as the general category sons after their recommendations on training will be provided 30 to 40 per cent concession.
On this occasion, General Manager of the Institute SS Kohli, manager S. Ghosh, other officials were present.
