Jamshedpur, June 30: Jusco Shramik Union President Raghunath Pandey retired on June 30. Tata Workers Union (TWU) will give warm farewell to the senior union leader on Sunday, July 10.
Leaving aside Shahnawaz Alam, all the other TWU officials will be on study tour to Pune and Lucknow, this is the reason why farewell function has been delayed.
Usually, the farewell function for retired staff of TWU is held on 1st and 2nd day of the month.
Raghunath Pandey was working in the security department of Tata Steel and has been winning the election for committee members.
Pandey was the President of Tata Workers Union twice and before that he held several posts in the Union.
Vice-president of TWU, Bhagwan Singh said, has been a senior leader and has held several top posts of the union.
Now when he is retiring he should enjoy his retirement life.
