Two killed in Khunti after bike rams into truck

Khunti: Two persons were killed and a boy was seriously injured in a road accident in Khunti. The incident occurred late on Monday night on Khunti Torpa main road near Japud village of Torpa police station area. In which two of the three bike riders were killed and one was seriously injured after the bike riders hit the parked truck hard from behind.
Monday night, a truck number CG04 NT 8077 parked at a dhaba near Japud was hit hard from behind by a JH01BA 1845 Hero Honda motorcycle rider. In this accident, 50-year-old Sanjay Soy, a resident of Hutar and 13-year-old Rahul Lohra, resident of Belvadag were killed. Seven-year-old Rohit Lohra’s hand was broken. He was given first aid at Sadar Hospital and referred by the doctors for better treatment.
Mahadev Lohra, a relative of the deceased, resident of Samundar, said that Sanjay Soy, Rahul Lohra and Rohit Lohra were returning from Belvadag from Samundar village under Jariagarh police station on the same motorcycle. In the same sequence, at night, the eyes were dazzled by the light of the vehicle from the front, due to which it hit the truck parked on the roadside of Japud and this accident happened.
