Two day IFTU conference begins at Jadugora

Jadugora: Indian Federation of Trade Union (IFTU) leaders from different parts of the country converged in Jadugora on the occasion of two-day conference of All India General Council. The programme was held at the local community centre. It began with the hoisting of IFTU�s flag and singing of its anthem.

The delegates paid homage to late Satyanarayan Singh and other labour leaders of UCIL and other organizations. The first session began at noon. Various issues pertaining to the workers� condition, labour reforms, rights and movement were discussed on the occasion.

The chief guest of the occasion was Arvind Vidrohi. Other guests included IFTU president Dr Aparna, general secretary Pradip and Vyas Tiwary.
