Noamundi: A team of Badajamda police led by ASI Kishun Prasad today arrested Bhagtu Kaivart and his son Kanhu Kaivart in connection with the incident of theft in the house of Vidyut Kumar of Badajamda Referral Hospital on 29th May last.
They were caught on the basis of a tip off when the accused were about to board Tata-Barbil train from Badajamda Railway Station.
Police recovered stolen mobile phone and 400 rupees from the alleged. Both the accused belong to Chirku village of Seraikela-Kharsawn.
An FIR was lodged against them with the Barajamda police station. Both alleged father and his son were sent to District Jail, Chaibasa.
