Two arrested in theft case in Adityapur, five absconding

Jamshedpur : The Adityapur police have arrested two accused in the theft case that occurred on the night of 25 July at Dindali Kanya Middle School. The five accused involved in carrying out the robbery incident are still out of police custody.

 Adityapur police station in-charge Rajendra Prasad said that on the night of July 25, seven people, had committed a theft incident at Dindali Kanya Middle School. Tapan Ansari, Sonu, Chhota Sonu, Arbaaz, Babu and Motu broke the window of the school building by stealing kitchen chairs, benches and desks, including kitchen sets, utensils, plastic gas, etc. worth about 75 thousand. Six days after the incident, the principal of the school, Sunita Kujur, came to know about the case.

 He gave written information of the incident to Adityapur police on August 1. After that the police took action and Tapan Ansari alias Babu and Mo. Afroz has been arrested. His other five associates are still absconding. In the school too, the theft incident has been done many times before. Yet the police fail to stop the theft incident in the school building.
