Jamshedpur, Oct. 2: Bonus Agreement for the financial year 2018-19 was signed at 18% between the Management of TSPDL and the TSPDL Employees Union under leadership of Rakeshwar Pandey on Tuesday, October 1. The Union was represented by Deputy President Dinesh Kumar, General Secretary Amanjee, Vice Presidents Sachidanand and SB Rana, Asst Secretaries BD Singh and Anish Jha, Advisors to the President Tridev Singh and Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Treasurer Ramesh Choudhary, Committee Members Shashi Bhushan Mishra, Pramod Upadhyay, Upender Rai, Rajesh Kumar, Ranjan Mishra and Manoj Singh. The Management representatives comprised Managing Director Abraham Stephanos, Vice President (Operations) Om Prakash, CHRO S Anantha Rama Krishnan, General Manager (Jamshedpur Operations) Ashwani Kumar, (Head HR & IR, JBU) Shekhar Jha, Senior Manager (HR & IR, JBU) Priyanka Pandey and Senior Manager (Corporate HR) Mukund Bhatt.
The Bonus amount will be credited to the bank accounts of the employees by the October 3. The maximum amount of bonus payable for FY 2018-19 is Rs. 75,616 and the minimum amount is Rs. 40,565 whereas in the previous year (FY 2017-18) the maximum bonus paid out was Rs. 65,756 and the minimum Rs. 28,547.
