Ranchi, Jan 30: Chief Secretary R.S. Sharma on the occasion of Martyr�s Day paid homage to the martyrs who gave their life for the freedom, welfare, and progress of the country.
A silence was observed for two minutes where the work and movement stopped throughout the premises of Project Building. The Secretaries of all the Departments, officials and all the employees participated on the occasion and assembled at one place.
To indicate the commencement of 2minutes silence, sirens were sounded from 10:59a.m. To 11:00a.m.
