Jamshedpur: Industrial India Women committee chairperson Devika Singh along with TRF Labour General Secrectary R K Rahi, organised a programme to pay tributes to the victims of Bangladesh Rana Plaza building accident.
Rana Plaza, an eight-story commercial building, collapsed in Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh on 24 April 2013. It is considered to be the deadliest garment-factory accident in history.
In that incident about 1360 worker died and many comprising a majority of women became handicapped.
