Jamshedpur: In view of coronavirus, the 33rd martyrdom day of martyr Nirmal Mahato will be celebrated with simplicity on August 8. The decision has been taken keeping in view of the increasing cases of corona. A meeting of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha East Singhbhum District Committee was held near the Samadhi Sthal in Uliyan, Kadma.
On the occasion, it was decided to pay tribute to the great leader by following the physical distance. Martyrdom Day will be celebrated at Chamriya Guest House and Samadhi Sthal in Uliyan, but there will be no meeting. No big leader will be invited to participate in the event.
Addressing reporters after the meeting, the party’s district president cum MLA Ramdas Soren said that the Corona is an outbreak of epidemic in the entire country. Keeping this in mind, the party has decided to pay homage at the samadhi of Shaheed Nirmal Mahato at Uliyan, Kadma at 1.30 am after garlanding the statue of Shaheed Nirmal Mahato at Chamria Guest House in Bishtupur on August 8 at 11.45 am .
