Tribal culture is Jharkhand�s identity: Arjun Munda

Jamshedpur: Addressing the large gathering at the Tusu Mela, Arjun Munda said that protecting and preserving the Adivasi culture and traditions was important. He said it was everyone�s duty to save the legacy of their forefathers. He said the tribal people should unite to protect their ancient heritage and instill traditional values in the younger generation.
Munda was invited to the Tusu fair as the chief guest by Jharkhandvasi Ekta Manch, organizer of the event. He said the tribal people had become refugees in their own land. He said the people should not leave their connection with their motherland. He said any invasion on the Adivasi traditions and culture should not be tolerated. He added further that diversity is the identity of Jharkhand.
