Jamshedpur: In a special dialogue held with the employees of the company, Sudhir Deoras, MD, TRF Limited and Rakeshwar Pandey, president, Tata Robins Fraser Labour Union jointly released the new statement to set the direction for the Company. The new vision co-created by the employees of the Company seeks to enable it to achieve technological leadership in Bulk Material Handling Equipment and Services business and make it the preferred choice of customers.
Elaborating upon the new vision statement, MD, TRF Limited said that the Company has immense potential to grow. It has demonstrated this in the past and with potential growth in the infrastructure sector in the country, it could definitely achieve a much bigger turnover than present. However, this growth must be achieved by strengthening its technological capabilities which would entail greater focus on improving the skill of its employees, manufacturing practices and project management techniques.
Rakeshwar Pandey, said that employees have done good work in the past and he was confident that the employees will continue to work for the progress of the Company. He expressed confidence in the ability and commitment of its employees to achieve the aspirations laid out in the new vision.
The dialogue was attended by senior executives of the company, members of the Tata Robins Fraser Labour Union and workmen of the Company
