TRF Jamshedpur employees to receive 17.22% bonus, maximum payout Rs 1,17,079

Jamshedpur: A new bonus agreement was finalized at TRF Company on Friday for the financial year 2023-24. As per the agreement reached between the management and the Tata Robins Fraser Labor Union, employees will receive a 17.22% bonus. The maximum bonus payout will be Rs 1,17,079, while the minimum amount will be Rs 36,179. A total of 182 employees will benefit from this agreement.

The bonus amount is scheduled to be deposited into the employees’ bank accounts on September 18. Previously, under the 2015 Bonus Act, the minimum bonus paid was Rs 15,262, and the maximum was Rs 20,613. However, with the company recovering from financial losses, this year’s bonus amount is significantly higher.

The signing of the bonus agreement was attended by key figures from both sides. Representing the management were Managing Director Umesh Kumar Singh, Chief Financial Officer Anand Chand, CHRO Abhijeet Singh, GM Manufacturing VK Singh, Head of Finance and Accounts Priyanka Ganguly, Personnel Manager Pramod Kumar, and Senior Divisional Manager Anup Kumar Mukherjee.

From the union’s side, President Rakeshwar Pandey, Vice President Baby Kumari, General Secretary Anjani Kumar, Assistant Secretary Naveen Kumar, Treasurer Priya Mahato, Co-Treasurer Jaipal Singh Munda, and committee members Sushil Kumar, Dharmendra Kumar Sinha, Rajiv Kumar Singh, Subrata Dev, and Ravi Kumar were present.
