Tree plantation drive launched on DGQA Diamond Jubilee celebration

Jamshedpur, Sept. 20: Vehicle Quality Assurance Wing, Jamshedpur and Tata Motors Ltd jointly launched a tree plantation drive on the eve of “DGQA Diamond Jubilee” celebration on 20 Sep 2017 in Tata Motors Colony. Chief Guest for the occasion was Manas K Mishra, GM, PPPM. Families and Children of Staff and Officers of the wing also participated with full spirit along with Tata Motors officials. This Wing has planted more than 500 saplings during this monsoon season. Significantly, Directorate General of Quality Assurance (DGQA), New Delhi is an excellent Quality Assurance organization under Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence. Head of this Organization is Lt Gen Samsher Singh, DGQA and Maj Gen S S Chadha is Additional Director General of Vehicle Discipline. Wing of this Organization “Vehicle Quality Assurance Wing” at Jamshedpur is headed by R K Tolambiya, Principal Scientific Officer under the ageis of Sr. Quality Assurance Establishment (Vehicles), Kolkata
