Ranchi, March 22: Development Commissioner-cum-Additional Chief Secretary Amit Khare today said that on 30th March, all government offices will remain closed on account of Sarhul. Hence all withdrawal and expenditure officers should obtain withdrawal forms from the treasury latest by 4 pm of 29th March.
Khare said that on 31st March, forms may be obtained from the treasury till noon. He said that all DCs or concerned treasurers should ensure dissemination of the information and strict compliance with the order. He said the challans related with government collection can be submitted till 5 pm of 31st March.
In special cases, the duration of revenue collection challans can be increased with the permission of the DC concerned, Khare said.
