Transformer installed in Shastri Nagar

Jamshedpur: A new transformer was installed in Block Number 4 of Shastrinagar under Jamshedpur West assembly constituency on Wednesday.

The installation took place under Jharkhand Jyoti Mission launched across the state to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

Chitranjan Verma, representative of local MLA Saryu Roy, inaugurated the installation by switching on a bulb. Earlier, a 100 KVA transformer was installed at the said place.

The new transformer of 200 KVA will ensure uninterrupted power supply, Verma said. Many officials of the electricity department were present on the occasion.
