Training camp to brace up against possible COVID third wave

Jamshedpur, Sept 6:  Dr Manoj Kumar, in-charge of Kendadih Community Health Center, Jadugoda, organized an awareness-cum-training drive at Musabani Community Health Center on Monday to caution villagers against the possibility of COVID-19 third wave attack.

 Teachers, Sahaiyas, Sevikas and SHG women were informed by Medical Officer-in-Charge Dr. Manoj Kumar informed about the possible third wave of COVID-19 and explained the symptoms, cure and precautions to be adopted in case of infection. He laid special stress on wearing of masks while moving out of the houses, use of sanitizers, maintaining physical distancing, avoiding crowds and leaving the confines of home only to meet emergency requirements.

On the occasion, Dr. Manoj Kumar said that after the training, all the participants would prepare Gram Samvad Dal in the village. The responsibility of making people aware through meetings in schools, wall writing and Prabhat Pheri with women’s groups was also entrusted to the women trainees. In-charge medical officers Dr Manoj Kumar, Jitendra Singh Singhdeo and Sushila Tudu addressed the trainees.
