Jamshedpur : Shankar Pandey, led a delegation of Tata Cummins trainees on Wednesday and handed a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner and SDO.
They demanded that the trainees must be made permanent. There are 132 trainees who do not have anyone to take responsibility. They threatened to boycott polls.
