Jamshedpur, March 26: In view of Ram Navami celebrations, the East Singhbhum police have issued a comprehensive traffic advisory to ensure public safety and smooth movement across the city.
As per the directive released by the office of the Deputy Superintendent of Police (Traffic), strict restrictions on vehicular movement will be enforced on key routes on March 27 and 28.

On Friday, March 27, the entry of all heavy vehicles—except buses—will remain prohibited from 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM and again from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
On Saturday, March 28, a complete ban will be imposed on the operation of all goods carriers, buses, and heavy vehicles from 1:00 PM until 6:00 AM on March 29.
Additionally, three-wheelers, including auto-rickshaws, will not be allowed to operate between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM on March 28 along key stretches such as Sakchi roundabout, Golmuri Chowk, Bengal Club, Old Court turn, and routes leading to Swarnarekha Ghat.
The administration has urged residents to plan their travel in advance and cooperate with authorities to avoid inconvenience during the festival period.
