Jamshedpur, Feb. 20 : Train services would hit in Chakradharpur railway division of South Eastern Railways ( SER) on February 21 and 22 due to a traffic-cum-power block in Posoita-Monoharpur and Jaraikela-Bhalulata sections.
The 12262 Howrah-CSMT(Mumbai) Duronto Express will be rescheduled to leave Howrah at 9.40 am instead of 8.20 am on February 22. The 12871 Howrah-Titlagarh Ispat Superfast Express will be rescheduled to leave Howrah at 9.10 am instead of 6.55 am on February 22.
The Puri-Haridwar Utkal Express leaving Puri on February 21 will be diverted via Cuttack-Angul-Jharsuguda Road-Bilaspur instead of Cuttack-Jajpur-Keonjhar Road-Bhadrak-Tatanagar-Jharsuguda. The service of that train will remain cancelled between Jajpur-Keonjhar Road-Jharsuguda.
The 58112 Itwari-Tatanagar Passenger will be short terminated at Rourkela . Therefore, the service between Rourkela-Tatanagar will remain cancelled. The 58111 Tatanagar-Itwari Passenger leaving Tatanagar on February 22 will originate from Rourkela. Therefore, the service between Tatanagar and Rourkela will remain cancelled.
An official said that they got an official circular regarding the railway job. “We had spread the message for the passengers so that they are aware about the decisions. The block would be undertaken for modernisation work of railway tracks and maintain,” he added.
