Jamshedpur: �Session with Young minds� was organized at the TPS DAV School at Baharagora to wish the students of higher classes well in their board examinations. Prayers and cultural programs were on the cards for this auspicious occasion.
The events commenced with the recitation of prayers by Sanskrit and Moral Science teacher Anant Pradhan. Students presented songs and poetry recitations that enthralled the audience. The standard X and XII students will be appearing for their CBSE examinations from March 2.
The students of these classes narrated their experiences at school which touched the sentimental cords of many.
The school�s Head Girl Mousumi Kar, Head Boy Jishu Jena, Best Disciplined Student Anjali Biswas, Best Athlete Chaitanya Mandi and Bes Allround Performer Saikat Ghosh were all presented certificates and mementos during the event.
LMC members Manoranjan Raut and Swarnkamal Mahanty and the school teachers blessed the students and wished them success in their forthcoming examinations.
In his address to the students, school principal Anup Kumar said, �be prepared mentally and physically for your ensuing examinations. By achieving good results you will hold aloft the pride of your parents and the school.�
The proceedings during the program were anchored by Std XI students Lipi Dey and Shaheb Giri. Vote of thanks was offered by Std XI student. The program concluded with a recitation from the scriptures by Anant Pradhan.
The students who will be appearing for the CBSE exams were provided admit cards, writing instruments and files.
