TMC office vandalized, LS candidate complains to DC

Jamshedpur: �All India Trinamool Congress candidate from Jamshedpur Lok Sabha seat Anjana Mahto on Saturday met district returning officer cum deputy commissioner Amit Kumar and SSP Anoop Birtharey and informed them about the vandalisation of Trinamool Congress office in Bhalubasa and also complaint about it. Anjana Mahto alleged that BJP leader Gunjan Yadav and other saffron party workers damaged the TMC office and tore the posters. TMC candidate also said that police officers from Sitaramdera police station also threatened the party workers.

Anjana Mahto further alleged that Sitaramdera Police Station driver assaulted TMC election agent and representative of MLA Srikant Mahto Shishir Mahto. She informed that BJP seeing defeat is taking wrong steps and is indulging into fracas. In a democracy, public is paramount and every party candidate has the right to seek vote. Present on the occasion TMC district president Krishna Lohar said, BJP has been indulged in misconduct and this being Jharkhand Chief Minister’s home region the BJP workers are out of control.

TMC Kolhan incharge cum party vice president Kulvinder Singh Goldy, Ranveer Singh, Pranav Mahto, Sumit Mahto, Vishnu Gope, Rajesh Kalindi, Raja Kalindi, Sonu Kalindi, Basant Mahto, Shishir Mahto, Dilip Karmakar, Ganesh Karmakar, Sonu Mahesh and others were present.
