Three ultras including Sujit Kumar Ram alias Sahuji, a resident of Torpa police station area, PLFI’s area commander, have been arrested from Anandpur police station area of ​​the district.

The seized weapons included 5 rifles of 315 bore, a gun, a country-made pistol, 17 live cartridges of 315 mm, 2 magazines, 17 live cartridges, 8 live cartridges of the gun, 30 live cartridges of 25 mm besides 3 wireless sets, one Walkie talkie charger, 3 Pawar bikes, Rs 50,000 in cash, letter pad of PLFI and full pad of PLFI donation receipt have been confiscated.
Superintendent of Police said that they got a tip-off that Sujit Kumar Ram alias Sahu, Area Commander of PLFI militant organization along with his squad members is staying in a semi-constructed house in village Borotika Bhuiya Tola under Anandpur police station area. After that, a raiding team was formed under the leadership of the Manoharpur Sub-Divisional Police Officer. The raid was conducted by the raiding team at Borotika Bhuiya Tola of Anandpur police station Kahetar. In this sequence, three persons were caught with illegal weapons. Among those caught are 35-year-old Sujit Kumar Ram alias Sahu ji, resident of Saridkel village of Torpa police station area of ​​Khunti district, 19-year-old Raju Bhuiyan, resident of Borotika Jharia Tola of Anandpur police station area and 19-year-old Mahabir Singh, resident of Borotika Jharia Tola of Anandpur police station area.
