Jamshedpur: Bagbera police here on Sunday arrested three persons in connection with a theft allegedly committed by them at the residence of a Railway Police Force cop Vishnu Chandra Raut in Lal Building Area.
The accused persons were identified as Balram, Vijay Sao and Ravi Mishra. The officer in-charge of Bagbera PS Ramyash Prasad said one of the accused was arrested on the basis of suspicion. The other two were later caught on the information of the first accused. The incident dates back to 20th September, when Raut’s family was asleep in another house. The theft transpired next morning, said the OC.
Police recovered the stolen goods on the basis of information furnished by the accused persons.
