Jamshedpur, Feb 27: Police here claimed to have made a breakthrough by arresting three members of an inter-state gang of vehicle-lifters. Those arrested were identified as Rohit Machhua alias Ponde, Nandu Lodhi alias Faizal and Chhotu Hansda alias Putulal.
The accused persons were arrested during a vehicle checking drive in Sonari on 26th February last. Rohit and Nandu were caught near Sonari Bhootnath temple. Based on their confession, police recovered a scooter stolen by them. Later, cops also recovered three mobile phones stolen by them from different places.
