Three arrested with arms near Jugsalai railway crossing

Jamshedpur, July 9: Police here on Tuesday claimed to have busted a gang of criminals by arresting three of its members. They recovered two guns with 10 bullets from their possession.

According to SSP Anoop Birtharay, the accused persons were caught near Jugsalai railway level crossing. Four members of the gang were allegedly gathered near the crossing with the intention of carrying out their nefarious design, he said.

Birtharay said the police had got a tip-off about the gang members. Acting promptly, cops raided the place and arrested Paramjeet Singh, N Murali and Vikas alias Mudeya. One of the accused persons however managed to flee.
