Jamshedpur: Unidentified thieves stole away cash and valuables worth several lakhs from four households in Telco and Bagbera police station areas late yesterday night.
Police said the thieves stole cash worth Rs 8000 and gold ornaments from the house of Satwant Singh at Telco. In the same neighbourhood, the thieves targeted another house belonging to one Pradip and stole LED TV, gold chain and ring worth Rs 1 lakh, police said.
In the third incident, the thieves took away cash and valuables worth several lakhs from the house of Darshan Mahato, an employee of AIWC. The fourth incident took place in River View Colony at Baroda Ghat under Bagbera PS where thieves took away jewelry worth Rs 2.5 lakh from the house of Subhash Verma.
