Jamshedpur, August 16: A major theft occurred at the residence of Amit Kumar, a bank employee, in Govindpur’s Amaltas City. Thieves broke in by cutting through the window grill, stealing jewelry and cash worth approximately Rs 6 lakh.
The family discovered the theft upon waking, finding their belongings scattered. CCTV footage from the neighborhood captured five individuals involved in the break-in. District Council member Dr. Paritosh Singh has demanded swift action from the authorities, and the police have commenced an investigation.
