Jamshedpur : Peeved over ignorance from the Department of Culture Arts and theatre artist, accusing of neglecting Shivlal Sagar, a theater artist met the Deputy Commissioner for returning the state honour.
DC Amitabh Kaushal though accepted the proposal letter but refused to accept the honour stating that the department which felicitated him must be approached.
Sagar was felicitated on November 15, 2007 by Art Culture, Sports and Youth Department of the Secretary of the then director Prakash Chandra Mishra and Ravi Varma was awarded state honors in Ranchi.
Sagar said that the corrupt people are involved in hosting the cultural events. On this occasion, Ravi Kant, Gautam were present frontiers and Rakesh Pandey.
