The United Club Jamshedpur to pay 15 percent bonus to employees

Jamshedpur, Oct 5: Employees of The United Club will get 15 percent bonus this year. The bonus agreement to the effect was signed after an accord to the effect was reached between management of The United Club, Jamshedpur and President, Canteen, Hotel and Restaurant Workers Union on October 5, 2021.

From the management side Avneesh Gupta, President, The United Club and from Union side Rakeshwar Pandey, President, Canteen, Hotel and Restaurant Workers Union signed the agreement.

This year the employees will get a maximum of Rs 37,960 and a minimum of Rs 20,446 as bonus. The bonus amounts will be credited to the employees bank accounts by October 10.

In recognition to the fact that the employees of the club have put up creditable performance and have made significant contribution to the smooth running of the club and improved performance of the club, the permanent employee if United Club who have worked at least 30 days or more during 2020-21 will be paid bonus for festival a sum of equivalent to 10 % and an ex-gratia equivalent to 5% of the actual wage earning (Basic + D.A. only)

Also present were Tata Steel nominee Chaitanya Bhanu, Vice Presidents UK Singh and Ved Prakash Thakur, Hony. General Secretary Mukesh Agarwal, Treasurer Nabin Chandra Jha, committee member Navin Kumar and General Manager Krishna Kumar Singh were present from the management side while Deputy President BK Dinda, General Secretary Dadan Singh, Vice President Sanjeev Shrivastav, staff representatives Gurudev Nand and Dinesh Pandey were present from Union side.
