Jamshedpur: The 127th birth anniversary of Thakur Anukul Chandra was held in great fervor on Thursday at Satsang Vihar Tatanagar.
The Diksha programme continued all through the day while the devotees took part in Lila Kirtan. More than 10,000 devotees received Prasad at Kashidih Durga Puja Maidan and at Bagan Area on the occasion.
President of Satsang Vihar Tatanagar Mohan Lal Agrawal said that the birth ceremony had begun at 5 am with Mangaliki, Shanai, and Usha Kirtan.
Bhajan, Kirtan, distribution of Prasad, religious discourse and other religious rituals were held during the ceremony.
