Jharkhand team secures fourth place
Jamshedpur: The two day national music competition of Eklavya Model Residential School concluded at XLRI auditorium on Wednesday with the team from Uttarakhand winning the first prize. The team from Gujarat was declared runner-up. The third and fourth places were clinched by the teams from Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand.
The event was inaugurated yesterday. It was held under the aegis of the Tribal Affairs Ministry, Government of India. Teams from altogether 12 states participated in the competition. Other states included Maharashtra, Odisha, Kerala, Chhatisgarh, Rajasthan, Nagaland, Karnataka and Telangana.
