Team Sangharsh’s blood camp makes people aware of voting

Jamshedpur: Team Sangharsh organised 25th Silver Jubilee Edition blood donation camp with the support of Omicron, Austria at Jamshedpur blood bank on Friday, April 19. Total of 91 units of blood was collected during the day long camp which was inaugurated at 9 am. Arijit Sarkar, secretary, Team Sangharsh, informed that for the first time in Jamshedpur the blood donation camp was held to make the citizens aware about the electoral process and to exercise their franchisee during the voting day on May 12. Sarkar further informed that every blood donor was awarded a pen with a written message “Vote on May 12”. “The blood donors were asked to take this pen to the poll booth and along with the pen take a selfie of the inked finger and send it on the Whatsapp number 9204066956. The top ten best selfie will be felicitated by Team Sangharsh”, added Sarkar.
