Noamundi: Teachers� Day was celebrated in 100 schools of Noamundi block on Friday. Teachers and students paid floral tributes to former President of India Dr S Radhakrishnan.
On this occasion as many as 42500 students listened to the speech of Prime Minister Narendra Modi through live telecast on radio and television.
At the conclusion of the speech, the students appeared inspired as many of them appreciated the PM�s ideas and thoughts. The students staged drama during a cultural programme organized on the school premises.
