Teachers affected by Jharkhand High Court’s decision

Seraikela: The teachers of the district held a meeting on the decision of the Jharkhand High Court to cancel the appointment in 13 scheduled districts as incorrect in the year 2016.

While discussing various points in the said meeting held in the premises of Kashi Sahu College, Seraikela, the teachers affected by the Jharkhand government pleaded that the teachers appointed in all the 13 scheduled districts are indigenous tribes of Jharkhand. 

The meeting said that after making the contribution, many important works of the government have been edited by the teachers concerned, including check naka, quarantine center, PDS shop and evaluation works in Covid-19. Apart from this, many teachers have left their former jobs and contributed to this teacher job. And the age of many teachers has crossed the last rung.

In such a situation, there is no other option of employment with such teachers. It was told that in 2016, he was appointed on the basis of the policy framed by the Government of Jharkhand, defining merit. When employed after all the qualifications, what is the fault of the teachers appointed in them.
