Jamshedpur, June 3: Seeing the deteriorating condition of Tayo Rolls Ltd, BJP leader Ganesh Mahali along hundreds of company employees met chief minister Raghubar Das at the latters residence in Sidhgora demanding a way out for the company which would leave hundreds of employees and their families in the lurch.
During the meeting, CM Das assured BJP leader Mahali and company employees of action within the next 2 days.
Significantly, voluntary separation scheme (VSS) was launched for the employees on Wednesday, June 1 and the scheme will be valid till July 15.
On friday, employees along with their family members staged a blockade of the company gate in Gamharia demanding better package for voluntary separation scheme (VSS).
BJP has also threatened furious movement of workers if Tayo Rolls company is closed down. Ganesh Mahali said the company can run company with the onetime settlement it will give to the workers . BJP will try all possible help to run it.
Earlier in the day, Chief Minister Raghubar Das landed at Sonari airport at around 4.30 pm and straight away went to his house in Sidhgora. Das will leave for Ranchi on Saturday.
