Tatanagar Area Manager Abhishek Singhal given warm farewell

Jamshedpur, August 5: A warm and grand farewell ceremony was organized at the Railway Area Manager’s office to bid adieu to Abhishek Singhal, the outgoing Area Manager of Tatanagar. Singhal has been promoted to the position of Divisional Operations Manager (Goods) at Chakradharpur. Sameer Saurabh, currently serving as Area Manager of Bandamunda, will take charge as the new Area Manager of Tatanagar.

During the ceremony, Singhal was welcomed with a bouquet and a potted plant, and honored with a traditional shawl and a symbolic memento of Lord Birsa Munda. The event was attended by senior railway officials and staff, who praised his leadership and contribution to the Tatanagar division.

Singhal served in Tatanagar for two years, during which he made significant contributions to both coaching and goods train operations. His efforts were instrumental in improving railway operations and infrastructure development in the region. Known for his professionalism and approachability, he earned immense respect and admiration from colleagues and staff. He has also been recognized with multiple awards for his outstanding service.

His transfer is being seen as a major loss to the Tatanagar railway division, and the event was marked by emotional farewells.
