Jamshedpur, Dec 20: The Jallianwala Bagh Express, which had been temporarily suspended for three weeks, has resumed its journey from Tata to Amritsar. In a celebratory event, train drivers Vinay Kumar Ram and BK Singh Atul Gorai were honored by the Central Gurdwara Management Committee, who presented them with shawls and bouquets. The occasion was marked with joy as laddus were distributed at the railway station.
The Central Gurdwara Management Committee, including head Bhagwan Singh, Chairman Sardar Shailendra Singh, and General Secretary Gurcharan Singh Billa, expressed their happiness on the resumption of the Jallianwala Bagh Express. Other notable members present at the event included Golpahari Gurdwara head Lakhwinder Singh, Sarjamda head Ravindra Singh, Treasurer Sukhwinder Singh, Parsudih head Ranjit Singh Matharu, General Secretary Savinder Singh, Chief Advisor Sukhdev Singh Bittu, Surendra Singh Shinde, General Secretary Jaswant Singh Jasu, Amrik Singh, and Central Naujawan Sabha President Amrik Singh.
The departure of the train was accompanied by the resonating chants of “Bole So Nihal Sat Shri Akal,” filling the entire station with a sense of jubilation.
