Tata Workers Union office-bearers take charge; felicitated

Jamshedpur: The newly elected office-bearers of Tata Workers Union led by president R Ravi Prasad took charge of their office on Sunday. They were accorded a warm welcome on their first day in office.

Prasad was accompanied by deputy president Arvind Pandey, vice president Shahnawaz Alam and assistant secretary Nitesh Raj. Bouquets were given to the office-bearers by the Coordinator of state Congress discipline committee Riyazuddin Khan and the executive president of Tata Cummins Union Ehsaan Ahmad Sirazi.

The TWU president said he and his team members would ensure smooth coordination with the Congress and Intuc leaders in the larger interest of workers.
