Jamshedpur, Dec 4 : The Tata Workers Union has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on December 13 at the Works General Office Lawn inside the company premises.
The meeting, scheduled to begin at 3:30 pm, is expected to be significant as several crucial matters will be placed before the members.
According to a notice issued by Union General Secretary Satish Kumar Singh, the revised union constitution—amended by the committee members—will be presented during the AGM for approval.
Additionally, the audited accounts for the financial year 2024–25 will also be tabled.
To ensure transparency and easy access to information, copies of the revised constitution and audited accounts will be available for members to review at the union office from December 6 to 11 on working days.
Members working in TMH, Tube Division, Town Division and the General Office can enter the company premises through any gate by showing their gate pass.
Attendance at the Annual General Meeting will require members to sign the attendance register and present their gate pass for verification.
The upcoming AGM carries added importance as it will not only formalise constitutional amendments but also reinforce financial transparency and strengthen internal organizational processes.
