Tata Workers Union Jamshedpur announces 18.5% bonus for 2024

Jamshedpur: The Tata Workers Union announced 18.5% bonus for its employees on September 18. The announcement was made by the union’s President, Sanjeev Kumar Choudhary, along with General Secretary Satish Kumar Singh, Deputy President Shailesh Kumar Singh, and Treasurer Amod Kumar Dubey during a meeting with union office bearers.
This year, 30 employees will benefit from the bonus, including 22 permanent employees and 8 contract workers. A total of ₹11,48,418.50 will be distributed, with the maximum bonus amount being ₹59,557.05 and the minimum ₹43,317.75. The bonus will be credited to the employees’ bank accounts by September 23.
