Tata Workers Union honors retired Tata Steel Jamshedpur employees

Jamshedpur, Sep 5: The Tata Workers Union held a special felicitation meeting for 19 retired Tata Steel employees at their conference room. The event, organized at 5:00 PM, featured a warm tribute where each retiree was presented with a bouquet of flowers and a gift coupon as tokens of appreciation.

The ceremony was led by Shahwanaz Alam, Vice President of the Tata Workers Union, with Sanjeev Kumar Choudhary, the Union President, as the chief guest. Choudhary engaged with each retiree personally, updating them on the various facilities provided by the union, including the Puri Guest House, Benjamin Rest House, and Cancer Rest House. He addressed their concerns and assured ongoing support from the union.

Union Co-President Shailesh Kumar Singh and General Secretary Satish Kumar Singh also extended their best wishes to the retirees, detailing the support services available to them. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Shyam Babu, Assistant Secretary of the Tata Workers Union. The event was attended by several other union officials, including Sanjay Kumar Singh, Sanjeev Tiwari, Rajeev Kumar Chaudhary, Nitesh Raj, and Amod Kumar Dubey.
