Jamshedpur, Oct. 20:Tata steel athletics training centre trainees won 18 medals in Jharkhand state Junior athletics championship held at Bokaro from 15-17 October, 2016.
The trainees won 11 gold, 5 silver and 2 bronze medals at the 11th State championship. The medal winners include Prakash hari, Akash Munde, Jamuna Tudu, Nibha Kumari, Vinesh Kumar, Kaushal Kumar Garud, Shubham Singh, Vishal Kumar, Satyaraj Sardar, Vidhi Rawal, Deeksha Kumari, Anish Kumar, Aakash Kumar, Simpi Kumari, Ajay Kumar Yadav and Basanti Hembrom.
Best athlete award in the boys category was won by Prakash hari while in the girl category Jamuna Tudu was awarded.
