Tata Steel’s bonus agreement better: Raghubar Das

Jamshedpur: Former Chief Minister Raghubar Das has said that the annual bonus agreement for the year 2019-20 at Tata Steel is a better bonus agreement.

Tata Management and Tata Workers� Union deserve congratulations for this. He said that while the global pandemic Covid-19 and the economic recession have plagued the industry all over the world, Tata Steel has an annual bonus agreement in line with the proud tradition of Tata.

 �This is the best example of labour interest. I understand that in this bonus agreement, Tata Steel has once again demonstrated its warm-heartedness towards the employees. This bonus has enhanced the reputation of both the Tata management and the Tata Workers� Union. I thank both of them,� he said.
