Bokaro: Tata Steel beat Bokaro Steel Limited by 3-0 in the final to win the All India Inter Steel Plants Football Championship 2018 played at Bokaro on Tuesday.
The first goal was scored by Gomeya Samad in the 34th minute followed by Ghanshyam Murmu in the 47th minute while the third goal of the game by Satyen Karua in the 67th minute sealed it for the visitors.
Earlier, in semi final Tata Steel beat ISP, Burnpur by 5 – 4 in tie breaker. In the league round matches, Tata Steel defeated Durgapur Steel Plant by 7 goals to 1, the match against RINL, Vishakapatnam ended in a 0 – 0 draw while Tata Steel won against Rourkela Steel Plant by 3 goals to 0.
The tournament was played from 25th to 30th October at Bokaro. It was organized by Bokaro Steel Limited.
